"Hey Grandma, you should BUY this house!!"
"In the middle of our 2 week stay at this amazing vacation home, our 11 year old grand-son called out to me from the middle of the pool, "Hey Grandma, you should BUY this house!!" That about sums up our amazing family vacation, which included all of our children and grandchildren, 13 in all. With 4 large bedrooms, there was plenty of room for families to sleep, and the younger children loved their kid-sized air beds. The layout of the home provided privacy for all at night while still offering a wonderful feeling of togetherness in the open concept main living area, thoughtfully arranged to provide options for dining, entertainment, and conversation. There is even a well supplied office nook with a mini library for adults and good selections for school age-readers. The play room was a paradise of wonder for our little ones, and as a retired elementary school teacher I was especially appreciative of the well selected toys, games, and picture books. The large game room provided another place for older kids of all ages to let off some steam. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for indoor and outdoor cooking and dining with a crowd, which came in handy when we entertained some of our extended family that live in the area. The pool is large and well maintained, the lanai area has plenty of seating with shade at the hottest times of day, and the kids were delighted with the number of pool toys. The back yard has plenty of room to run and explore, and we loved the old fashioned swings. We could easily have stayed another week.
Overall, I can't think of a single thing we wanted and couldn't find, a tribute to the owner's thoughtfulness and attention to details of guest comfort all throughout the house. We appreciated Jan's prompt and responsive communication style both before, during, and after our stay. She truly cares about making sure all goes well for her guests, and it did!"

"One of the best rental homes we have stayed in"
"We are a group of 8 male golfers who travel the US playing for fun.
This home is one of the best that we have stayed in to date.
The home is spacious, the pool very large for a residential home and much needed after time out on the hot links. The furniture is very comfortable and the home is equipped with everything. The game room is a nice addition to those who can't give up being competitive at the end of the day either. Jan is superb to work with and is attentive to just about every need one could have. We will be back to this home both as golfers and with our individual families. Bravo Jan!"

"Yes- a few of my family members had melt-downs when it came time to pack up to leave this amazing home (and not just the kids).
We are an extended family group (myself, wife, 3 kids (2,4 &6) - 2 sets of grandparents, sister, BIL & 5 yr old twins)
From the moment I inquired about the property the owner (Jan) was attentive and answered all our questions immediately (and accurately!)
The home is everything that is advertised, pictured & MORE! In fact, I don't there are any details that have been forgotten. It is spacious, furnished quite comfortably and the women of the group raved on and on about all the dishes, equipment, gadgets etc in the kitchen that made their lives 'heavenly' as they continued to describe it.
New to Naples we spent considerable time planning on things to do and places to go.
What happened? We NEVER left the property! (That speaks volumes on a vacation home in my opinion).
The pool is a great size for everyone. The deck box full of toys, rafts, games, etc kept everyone entertained the entire day. At night the kids room took over the 'babysitting'. And after the kids went to sleep the game room became the adults play-ground!
There is so much to do both indoors and out. No need to worry if it rains (or kids get sunburned) - we'll just play INDOORS!
The beds are extremely comfortable and all the bathrooms a great size for multiple 'little' persons helping everyone get clean.
All in all - would we come again? YES! And we are already planning a trip this summer with friends and another (larger) family get-together over next years holidays.
The entire family gives this home a 5 STAR and feel bad that they can't give it a 10!

This house is home away from home was blown away at how well stocked it was if you needed it all you had to do was look and it was more then likely there

"This is my 4th time @ this place. Always clean and in order. 5 minutes to a golf course, 10 minutes from the beach, close to nature preserves, a quarter mile from a fruit market. I have been there on golf trips and with other couples. Lots of things close by that doesn't cost a lot of money. They have a great play room for adults and a small room with toys for younger children. A nice place to rent for 2 or more families."
