Our History:
25+ years of real estate investment & property management in the long term rental industry has taught us a thing or 2.
Ok, we could actually write a book, but we'd rather spend our time getting to know new folks who take their vacations very seriously.
(Coz we sure do!)
In 2014 we began to introduce short term vacation rentals to our portfolio and our migration out of the long term rental market in our own hometown had begun. Paradise Palms was our 'Flagship STVR'. And as we continue to move from one market to another, selling our LTRs and investing into a Vacation Rental Market 1000's of miles from where we call home, we look forward to bringing vacationers many fun alternatives to 'traditional vacation rental homes.'
In 2014 we acquired this property thru auction after a stint of being empty for nearly 4 years. Her interior had been stripped and she had been left gutted down to the pilfering of her last remaining wire by bandits showing zero mercy.

Not to be outdone, Mother Nature & Father Time took their own toll on her exterior. While Mother Nature went about busily reclaiming the land around her, Father Time stood back giving us all a stark reminder of the reality of what years of neglect can/will do to a once former beauty.
1100 miles between us we began the long arduous task of 'rebuilding' one wire, one cabinet, one room at a time. We sweat. We bled. We cried, we cursed & we cheered. And after a year we emerged triumphantly from taking showers in the rainwaters under the broken downspouts to luxuriously long soaks in the master bath Jacuzzi tub.

This is also our own family vacation home as well & we take great pride in keeping it up to date, maintained, clean & packed with amenities.
You will be cared for AS FAMILY by the OWNERS from the moment of initial contact.
We are not just another faceless management company and we always adhere to our own high standards when guests trust us with their vacation time & dollars.
We enjoy hosting and have made real relationships through the years with folks who have continued to return to our home time & again.
We are not a 'back-alley' short term rental operation. And your safety is a priority to us. Maintenance issues DO NOT go unnoticed or neglected. And we rely on our guests to help keep us informed of any issues of concern so we may get right to them. From hard-wired smoke/carbon detectors thru-out the home, an on-the-ready fire extinguisher, exterior cameras on the property (aimed at drives, gates & around the property - Please note: We value YOUR privacy. NO cameras are on the poolside), to a full-house alarm system if you choose to activate.
The county acknowledges us, we collect & pay the required taxes and our neighbors support, look out for & generally like to see the home stay filled with amazing families such as yours enjoying their 'much looked forward to' vacations.
That being said, it would be our pleasure to host you and your guests as well.
