Welcome to our QUIET private estate spanning 1.5 acres of wooded paradise just 11 miles from Naples Beaches and 13 miles from Marco Island.

Venture through the screened-in sitting porch to over 3,000 s/f of 'open-concept' living. Take a peek into the spacious open kitchen and dining area with all the current amenities and then some. The arsenal of small kitchen appliances available are sure to please the inner chef in everyone.

Sink into the over-sized sectional couch and enjoy the 77" cable TV- 200+ DVD selection and open access to the pool/sunning deck areas. For those quiet times, saunter into the library/office and grab a book from one of the shelves. Laptop, printer & office supplies are also avbl for those who just can't seem to stop the work flow.

2 full bedroom suites open into the large enclosed pool cage housing the heated 12 x 36 foot pool. 3rd bedroom opens onto private, paved patio, while the 4th bedroom has access to screened front porch (no one gets the bad end of the deal when it comes to sleeping quarters). All bedrooms feature king-size beds with 4" memory gel toppers, and any/all room(s) can be converted to twins for those requiring individual sleeping requirements as well as 3 twin sofa sleepers, 4 couches & air mattresses ranging from specialty toddler to kings. (Calling all golfing groups!)
Front Entry
Front entry w/ pantry houses an array of small kitchen appliances delighting the inner chef in every member of the family. While the office/library area beckons you to stop in grabbing a good vacation read.

Morning brings sunshine & the water beckons you. Spend the day lounging, soaking up the warm FL sun. Working on that tan, hit a lounger. Not a sun-lover? We got ya covered. Literally. Enjoy your favorite shows poolside on the 55" TV while sipping something smooth, cool & vacation worthy under the large retractable Sunbrella awning. And if the weather starts to get a little fussy- slip inside, drop the littlest ones in the playroom and head across the home to the 'big-kids' room. (It's Open ALL NIGHT- wink/wink)
Hit the 36' heated pool in the morning for a great 'I feel good' workout. And then just go ahead~ stay all day.... It's your vacation.
